Making a Reservation: Getting Started
The University Motor Pool online reservation process is completed in two easy steps. When you are done inputting information you will have the chance to preview and print a copy of your request. Please have the following information ready before proceeding:
- Driver(s) Name(s)
- OSU/UO ID Number (Blank if other outside agency)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Index Number/Activity Code (Billing Code)
- Departure - Month, Day & Time
- Return - Month, Day & Time
- Destination - City & State
- Number of passengers
- Vehicle Preference
