The OSU Motor Pool has over 180 different vehicles in its fleet available to rent for university affiliates and outside agencies. Our fleet ranges from medium sedans to large flatbed trucks so our variety should provide you with many options to suit your rental needs.
Making a reservation for one of our vehicles is even more convenient through our Online Reservation system. There are now only three simple steps to submit your reservation through our updated online form. If you need a canopy or any extra features, there’s also a comment box for you to list your preferences. Our customer service representatives and detail specialists will work hard to fulfill your requests depending on the current vehicle demands. Once your reservation has been submitted, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail for your records.
Please keep in mind that our busiest rental periods are during the fall, winter, and spring terms so we request that you send in your reservations well in advance, especially if you are requesting a vehicle for one month or longer. By submitting your requests early, the customer service representatives will be more likely to provide you with your first vehicle preference.

If you are new to the Motor Pool and have never rented our vehicles before, the very first thing you will want to do is fill out a Driver’s Authorization form.
